This offer is ideal for conferences, meetings, training days, networking events, and private functions, providing a flexible and professional venue without the usual room hire cost.

To qualify for free room hire, the following conditions apply:

• Food must be pre-ordered for the event, from The Bristol Pavilions’ in-house catering team.

• For daytime events, a minimum of two servings of tea or coffee and lunch must be ordered per person.

• For evening events, the venue bar must be open for the duration of the event, and an evening meal must be purchased for each guest.

• External catering is not permitted under this offer.
